New traditional style jerky made from premium grass-fed bison and simple spices that can do no wrong. Our jerky is made the old fashioned way using hand-cut top rounds and slow smoked with real wood. No liquid smoke here!

This is tough, rip with your teeth, cowboy jerky. If you're looking for wet, sticky and sweet, this one isn't for you. We add zero sugar or synthetic preservatives - just meat and spices.

Too salty for me

This product was too salty. Had to toss what I opened and returned what wasn't open. Thoughtful customer service. Just not the right taste for our family.

Salt and Pepper Jerky

I loved it! Gave a couple of bags to my Barber for a tip and he was wow'd by it as well. I don't generally use the word "savor" but it's not something you want to eat hastily, plus I have to share it w/my dogs. :0)-
